    • File Uploads (Images & PDFs).
    • Users can upload images from their gallery, capture images using the camera, and upload PDFs for chat interactions.
    • These files are only processed within the chat session and are stored locally on the device.

    • Providing and improving AI responses.
    • Enhancing user experience through AI learning (without storing personal chats). Fixing bugs, improving security, and maintaining compliance with legal requirements. Processing images and PDFs locally to assist in AI-based responses (without transmitting files to external servers).

    • Legal Compliance – If required by law or governmental authorities.
    • Service Providers – If needed for app functionality (e.g., AI processing via ChatGPT & Gemini).
    • No Third-Party Access for Uploaded Files – Images and PDFs remain on the user’s device and are not transmitted to any external service.

    6. Chat interactions are not stored permanently; once the session ends, data is removed. Uploaded images and PDFs remain on the device’s internal storage and are not stored on any external servers.
    • Users can manually delete uploaded files anytime from their device.

    • The app requests camera and storage permissions only for capturing, selecting, or uploading images and PDFs.
    • No background data collection occurs beyond what is necessary for chat interactions.

  7. AI Limitations and Liability

    8. Nezvix provides AI-generated responses, which may not always be accurate or appropriate. Users are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before taking any action. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

  8. Children’s Privacy

    9. Nezvix is not intended for children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.
