    • AI Interactions: Messages, texts, and chat history (processed, not permanently stored).
    • File Uploads: Images and PDFs uploaded for chat interactions (processed locally, stored only on device).
    • AI-generated Images: Images generated based on user prompts via Google Imagen API and other models (temporarily stored in-app; users can manually save these images).

  2. How We Use Your Data

    • Providing and improving AI responses.
    • Enhancing app experience (without permanently storing personal chats).
    • Processing local images/PDFs to enhance AI-driven interactions.
    • Generating and editing images via Google Imagen API, based on user prompts.

  3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

    4. We do not sell/share personal data except:
    • If legally required by authorities.
    • Essential AI providers (Google Imagen API, ChatGPT, Gemini).
    • No third-party access to user-uploaded files: Images/PDFs remain local.
    • AI-generated images are produced via secure prompt exchanges with Google Imagen API.

    5. We employ encryption and secure storage. However, online systems are not 100% secure—avoid sharing sensitive personal data in AI interactions.

  5. Data Storage & Retention

    6. Chat sessions and generated images are temporary. User-uploaded files remain only on-device storage. Users may delete these anytime.

  6. User Control & Permissions

    7. Users control their data and files fully.
    • App permissions (camera/storage) are required solely for user-initiated uploads.
    • No unauthorized background data collection occurs.

  7. AI Limitations & Liability

    8. Nezvix provides AI-generated content, which might not always be accurate or suitable. Users must verify such content. Bytezyne Technologies is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content, including images from third-party AI models.

  8. Children’s Privacy

    9. Nezvix is not intended for users under 13. If identified, data from users under 13 is immediately deleted. For users aged 13–17, parental supervision is recommended.

  9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

    10. We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via app or website notifications.

  10. AdMob Privacy & Consent

    11. Ads are served via Google AdMob. Depending on your location, ads might be personalized or non-personalized.
    AdMob collects:
    • Device identifiers (AAID)
    • IP address
    • Ad interactions (impressions, clicks)
    No precise location data is shared. Users in EEA, UK, Switzerland must explicitly consent to personalized ads, with the ability to revoke anytime in the app settings.
