  8. Limitation of Liability

    9. Nezvix is provided on an as-is basis. Bytezyne Technologies shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the app or AI-generated content, including images produced via Google Imagen 3 API or other AI models.

  9. Service Modifications and Termination

    10. Bytezyne Technologies reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate access to Nezvix without prior notice if violations are detected or for operational reasons.

  10. Governing Law

    11. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

  11. Use of Third-Party AI Services (Google Imagen 3 API)

    12. Nezvix integrates third-party AI services including Google Imagen 3 API for advanced image generation and editing. Users agree to Google Cloud Privacy Notice available here. Users must verify outputs and use AI-generated images ethically and lawfully.

  12. AI Limitations and User Responsibility

    13. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. Users must verify all outputs before acting upon or sharing them. Bytezyne Technologies is not responsible for user-generated or AI-generated content.
